We are very happy to help this remarkable company bring their idea of a modern workplace, technical leadership and visionary products to a broad audience.
The europe-wide market-leader in milling-cutter technology – Hofmann & Vratny – is quickly expanding their business. Consequently they are in need for professional staff and skilled employees.
Apart from the imagefilm we created interviews with Hofmann & Vratny employees. They spoke to us about their favourite things in the workplace – and why they exactly chose this job. For us, the key factor for a genuine film are real people.
So we asked, which employees would be interested in giving us some honest statements. These films are giving a solid guidance for future applicants, if Hofmann & Vratny is a company with the same values.
We shot a lot of scenes, stills, interviews and different locations in only two days. In order to secure a streamlined production-workflow, we had to plan the set-design, lighting mood, editorial content and technical assets deliberately.
Nonetheless, we could guarantee the production of a wide range of scenes with 12 employees in 4 different locations. The flawless communication and the support from Hofmann & Vratny helped us to achieve this goal.
